Shut Up MR Neg!!! Just Do It!

Do you ever find yourself making a decision and then talking yourself out of it soon after? We’ve all done it haven’t we? Whether it’s laying in bed for an extra few minutes… Or jumping out of your comfort zone and doing something totally CRAZY!!!

I did my first ever webinar last night and I feel so amazing for doing it! It wasn’t too long ago I’d recorded my first ever video. It was a funny experience looking back. Have a read here if you want a giggle :)

I was so nervous at first but knew I had to do it if I wanted to make progress in my online business, it took me 2 months to pluck up the courage to actually record that first video lol Fear is something that can really hold a person back from doing so many things! But you need to overcome it if you’re wanting to get out of your comfort zone and do well, especially in online business.

Let me first share with you how I got to the point of hosting my very own webinar…

The webinar was a private one for my course attendees, which was my first ever course too! So I had it all planned out over a month ago. I did get myself a coach, who prodded and poked until I came up with the idea of the course and really getting into coaching others myself. The first thing I did was set my launch date…. BEFORE I even knew what my course was going to be about! That way, I couldn’t talk myself out of it!

Have a watch of this video, it’s amazing and will give you a completely new perspective on that ‘fear’ that stops you from doing something… And then the mind goes into overdrive and before you know it, you’ve talked yourself out of doing what you had just decided to do!

My favourite part was 10-11 minutes in 😉

Enjoy! And listen well and take some notes 😉

Love that video with Mel Robbins. I always say, “I’m fine”. Gotta change that!
